Backlog!

Charm! So fast a bit lazy to continue my space d. Let’s go with the 1st backlog dated 14th Mar 09.

Today I went to Gurney Plaza shop-shop with my sis after her activities. Then we have our meal and A&W and we continue shop in Parkson. Then my sis just realized that she lost her mobile. Aiyo!!! I quickly use my mobile to call her number, but the phone has been off and goes to voicemail. Is just not more than 5mins walk from A&W to Parskon, and we both was curious that the person who collected our mobile off it rapidly.

As, my sis call to mind that she still using her mobile sending message while having meal and she very sure she did put in the bag before we left. Therefore, we guess it was slipped away when she keep into bag. Immediately we make our fastest move back to A&W, and the situation happened as below:

We go back to the table which we seated just now, which after that take place by a couple and 2 friends, I shall call them nice person.

We : I’m sorry, do u notice a mobile in this place? As we are sitting here before u,and I think I drop my mobile here.
Guy : No wor, there is nothing here.
Lady : U may ask the ladies who just now clean this table.
We : Ok, thanks.
(We approach to the staff who clean the table after we left)
The A&W staff (Cleaning table) is a foreigner – Indonesian.

We : Kak, u ada nampak handphone dekat meja situ tak?
Staff: Hah? Apa? Tak tahu, tak nampak.
(We ask another staff)
We : Kak, tadi kita duduk situ makan, kita punya handphone sekarang hilang, tadi u orang kemas meja ada nampak tak?
Staff: Bukan saya yang kemas, saya tak tahu.(Then she pointed at her colleagues)
Tadi u kemaskan? Ada nampak?
( Every staff was turn their face showing that didn’t see that)

What to do??? Haih…consider bad luck lor…Then we try and tried make fews call to the mobile and still cannot reach. But, we still not resigned to accept that the phone was lost. And, I decided to go back and find if the mobile is under the table.

We : Excuse me, may I find under the table, if the phone still there?
Lady : What is your mobile colour?
We : Black and orange
Lady : Is it black and red?
We : Yes, yes. (as it looks like orange and red as well)
Lady : U get from the staff. We saw she take the mentioned phone when she cleaning this table, and we saw she press the phone as well.
( The nice guy said, let’s go, we go get them)
We : Kak, mereka kata nampak u punya staff ambil handphone itu. Mana handphone?
Staff: Tak ada, tengok, ini saya punya!
(Then, the guy told me: tell them, we saw they take the mobile, and if they refuse to pass it we will lodge the report to police. )

Then we approach to cashier.

We: Just now I sit there and I have lost my mobile, and the customers taken seat now saw your staff taken the mobile. Too bad, they refuse to admit they did saw or taken. Can I check their pockets or bags?
Cashier: Sure
Manager: Siapa ambil? U? (he pointed at 1 of the staff)
Staff: Tak dak.
Manager: Semua ambil bag keluar, barang dalam pocket ambil keluar! (and he checked…)

There were all their belongings and do not have the mobile.

We: Ini macam, tak apalah. Saya pergi lapor police.
Staff: Mana u letak? Tray ah? Tak tahu ada dalam tong sampah kah?

It seems a hint to me that the phone was there.

We: Can u please take me the rubbish bag?
Staff: Huh? U mahu say carikah?
We: Tak apa, saya sendiri cari.

There she bring me the rubbish, and 1 of the staff so kind and gave me gloves to put on.

Guess what, I just rummage on top of the rubbish and found the mobile. And the mobile was indeed been off and ON again, but with password prohibited, she fails to ON the phone.

Just imagine, if the staff so careless throw the rubbish while clean the table will the phone OFF automatically?Are they so careless? A mobile and paper they cannot classified?Why did she want hint me maybe the phone was in the rubbish bag? Becoz I said wana lodge report to police?

Arghhhhhh…we both so angry and disappointed with A&W hired this kind of staff. The manager never apologizes as well. It was so obvious that ur staff trying to sneak off the mobile rite? Shouldn’t u pay for an apologize?At the moment we re too glad to get back the phone and we dun even scold them. I so regret to do so after thinking and thinking the whole situation. We should scold them jialat jialat!!!
